For me, the New Year is always worth celebrating because there is always something new to look forward to. So, I’d like to offer you my sincerest wishes that this New Year brings you joy, comfort, and plenty of new opportunities! I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your continued support and my appreciation for any future referrals you may send throughout the coming months.
It is always wonderful to hear that someone who is a reader, enjoys our monthly updates and also that they have told others about the Newsletter or has referred us to someone who has become a client. One happy reader that becomes a new happy client is the ultimate in success. Both out enjoyment and success are predicated on you our readers and our clients.
Real estate overview- the market seems to have gotten new life. I do not mean the normal ‘high’ season increase in traffic that we always see but more actual serious buyers. In fact we now have more deals in escrow for this January and through mid- February than we have had in five years at any one given time. What is telling about this is we have developers who seemed to have found us again and plan on building homes. Although it is far too early to tell, it seems that the market has flattened and is now again on it’s way up.
Our internet traffic is up with more visits, page views and the amount of time people are spending on our sites. Newsletter subscribers are at an all time high and our new ‘Daily’ also is becoming more popular with it’s subject matter search allowing people to search subjects that interest them, that are questions that they may have answered with a simple search.
