People who are ‘newbies’ so to speak who are more in the beginning stages of their research for properties here on the island often ask which end of the island is best to live or where they should look. Some wish to retire and live here where others wish to buy something they can enjoy but rent out to tourist when they are not here.
Some and these normally are the investors who see the opportunity in buying low, want to look at vacant land
that will appreciate and right now that is very much a ‘buy low’ situation like people all our lives have told us to do for stocks, ‘buy low – sell high’.
