I have this month what we in the industry call ‘pocket listings’. ‘Pocket Listings’ are listings that are not on the MLS yet and marketing has not yet been initiated of the property therefore is being offered at a lower price for the time being to generate a quick sale. We seldom have these type listings but this month we have two.

Both of these offerings the Sellers wish to close before the end of the year. If you are ready to pull the trigger and you wish to save thousands, one of these may be the perfect place for you.

The first is a 2br/2ba Pineapple Villa condo that is listed for $171,000.00. It has spectacular ocean views to the south along with it’s cooling breezes. Condos with similar views are far and few between but the ones that even come close are in the $220K and above price points. (this unit is unfurnished)

The second in an oceanfront lot in the Lighthouse Estates subdivision. It is ¼ acre, south shore, paved concrete roads, underground utilities, and a short walk to the nicest beach on the island.
