The resort is accessed by a 10 to 15 minute boat ride from Oak Ridge over the beautiful reef that runs for miles in front of the private beach on the property, offering world class, pristine diving 300 yards away.
Located in pristine Port Royal, this exclusive boutique resort consists of 5- two-story beach front cabanas set in a lush and tropical landscape. These unique cabanas measure approx. 800 - 840 ft and are fitted with a large, beautifully appointed modern, tropical bathroom, and are roofed in bay palm leaf emphasizing the tropical ambiance. The floors are hardwood and tile throughout. Each cabana has a cast brass ceiling fan.
Additionally, on the property there is a two story, 850 sq.ft managers' house, an employee bunkhouse, and a dive shop building housing the dive equipment, workshop, compressors, generators, fuel, fill station, bathroom, shower, rinse tanks and covered dive staging areas. There is a very nice owner's apartment upstairs from the dive shop with an attached private office and expansive covered deck.
The main pavilion is located right on the waterfront and has the dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, a small apartment and a large lounge area.
There is on-site satellite Internet with wireless access in the cabanas and throughout the resort. The entire resort is wired for 110v a/c. All path lighting is 110v.
There are two docks, both over 130' long, and a large thatched roof bar over the water on the dock. There a water well, and several artesian springs on the property. Port Royal creek flows through the eastern end of the property, and is spring fed. The creek is navigable for safe harbor for boats 200' inland from shore, where there is a safe docking for 3 boats in bad weather. There is also a deep waterfront, enclosed, protected boat parking surrounded by mangrove.
The property is fenced on three sides and is surveyed. Behind the property to the north is the National Reserve with the three tallest mountains on all of Roatan. These mountains are located just behind property in Reserve.
